Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy and AZ pharmacist license.
• BLS certification required.
• Pharmacy practice residency or equivalent clinical experience.
• ACLS and BCPS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in critical care rounds and review clinical opportunities.
• Optimize drug therapy and reduce adverse events while controlling costs.
• Contribute to Pharmacy & Therapeutics decision making and committees.
• Provide drug information and in-service education to staff.
• Precept pharmacy students and mentor staff.
