Qualifications

• Must be able to see and treat Cardiac ICU/Critical Care patients.

Responsibilities

• Join inpatient focused critical care cardiology team.
• Participate in rounding, admissions, and new patient consults.
• Share in STEMI call with Interventional Cardiologists.

Asheville Cardiology Associates (ACA) is seeking an advanced practice provider to join our expanding inpatient focused critical care cardiology team in Asheville, North Carolina.

• Completion of an accredited physician assistant or nurse practitioner program with appropriate certification exams.
• Has, and maintains, current license with the North Carolina Medical Board.
• BLS, ACLS certification required.
• Cardiology APP experience preferred; and/or cardiology clinical rotations.
• Must be able to see and treat Cardiac ICU/Critical Care patients.

Position Highlights

• Nights Only.
• .9 FTE.
• Shift Based - Minimum of six (6) per bi-weekly pay period.
• Shifts - 12 hrs.; 7PM-7AM.
• IP Only Position.
• Includes rounding, admissions, new patient consults, etc.
• Shares in STEMI call with Interventional Cardiologists.
