Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Valid Florida APRN/PA license.
• Acute Care Certification required for NPs.
• ACLS and BLS certifications.
• Two years of inpatient experience required.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs and documents complete physical examinations and health histories.
• Assesses patients independently and with the care team.
• Orders and interprets diagnostic tests appropriate to patient age/needs.
• Prescribes appropriate pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic treatments.
• Supports patient stability and recovery with interventions.
• Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams and makes referrals as needed.
