Job summary

Essentia Health Deer River Hospital is seeking an RN to provide organized nursing care across assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation. You will collaborate with a skilled team to support patients and families and ensure safety and quality in daily care.

Qualifications include BSN or ADN from accredited program, current Minnesota nursing licensure, BCLS, ACLS, ENPC/TNCC or CALS, with eligibility for state practice.

Qualifications

• BSN or ADN from an accredited school
• Current RN licensure in Minnesota
• BCLS within 1 month; ACLS within 1 year; ENPC/TNCC/CALS within 2 years, or MN Trauma Modules within 1 year from hire

Responsibilities

• Provide organized nursing care to patients through assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation
• Delegate aspects of care to other nursing personnel according to licensure and job descriptions
