The Engreitz Laboratory at Stanford University seeks a creative Research Scientist (PhD-level) to lead large-scale CRISPR data generation projects exploring the genetics of heart diseases.

You will design independent studies, supervise teams, collaborate with NIH-led consortia, contribute to publications and grants, and work in a dynamic, interdisciplinary environment with access to cutting-edge technologies.

Formación

• Hands-on experience in cellular genomics and molecular biology.
• Experience designing and supervising large-scale CRISPR data generation projects.
• Strong collaborative skills across interdisciplinary teams and with NIH-led consortia.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and track record of publications.

Responsabilidades

• Lead independent CRISPR data generation projects and ensure data quality.
• Design and supervise experiments and protocols for genome perturbation studies.
• Coordinate collaborations with NIH consortia and Engreitz Lab members.
• Publish findings and contribute to grant applications and protocols.
