Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field.
• Two years’ behavioral health experience; crisis experience preferred.
• Licensed-eligible clinicians receive supervision toward licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide short-term therapy and immediate crisis interventions.
• Perform rapid stabilization, risk assessment, and de-escalation.
• Support individuals in high distress and life-threatening situations.
• Participate in supervision for licensure and professional growth.
