Job summary

Pathways to Community in Minnesota is hiring Crisis Support Professionals for full-time and part-time roles. You will work closely with individuals to meet daily needs, provide compassionate support, and help them stay safe in their homes and communities. The position requires a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, ability to travel between Plymouth, Minneapolis, St.

Louis Park, and North St. Paul, and a willingness to undergo background checks.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid driver’s license and have daily access to a reliable vehicle.
• Ability to float between Plymouth, Minneapolis, St. Louis Park, and North St. Paul as needed.
• Willingness to participate in DHS and nationwide background check.
• Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supporting individuals with daily needs including personal cares as needed
• Administering medications
• Cooking and light housekeeping
• Provide constant supervision
• Transportation to appointments and community events
