Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC is seeking a Behavioral Health Crisis Qualified Professional to provide support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This full-time role involves developing and revising Person-Centered Plans in collaboration with an interdisciplinary healthcare team.

The ideal candidate will have a background in Human Services, be proficient in CPR, and possess physical abilities for hands-on support. The position includes competitive compensation and a comprehensive health insurance package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (non‑Human Services) with ≥4 years full‑time experience with the population.
• License or certification from governing board regulating human services profession.
• Physical ability to lift 10–15 lbs and perform regular movements.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and monitor Person‑Centered Plans with healthcare team.
• Facilitate relationships between families and local agencies.
• Participate in a 24/7 on‑call system for first response.
