Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology or related field required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in admitting, discharging, and transferring patients while ensuring safety.
• Provide supportive, respectful, non-judgmental care to adult clients and help meet treatment goals.
• Participate in Case Management duties and collaborate with other service providers and referral sources.
• Liaise with inpatient facilities, case managers, psychiatrists, therapists, clinicians, referred agencies, and families to maintain communications.
• Attend treatment team meetings and assist with care plan development and reporting to the Nurse.
• Document observed symptoms, reactions, treatments, and changes in patient safety status.
