Elwyn seeks a Mobile Crisis Team Shift Supervisor in Delaware County to lead the mobile crisis response, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality crisis intervention services across the county. The role requires a mental health credential, supervisory experience, and strong coordination with Clinical Director, IT, and outreach efforts; on-call coverage and crisis triage are core duties.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, psychology, rehabilitation, counseling, education or related field.
• 3 years of mental health direct care experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred; driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and operational direction as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain on-call duties 24/7 and coordinate staff coverage.
• Triage crisis calls and dispatch mobile crisis teams.
• Ensure EHR compliance and supervise staff on records.
• Lead program improvement and staff training initiatives.
