Job summary

55 Compass Connections is seeking a qualified individual with a graduate degree in social work or related field, to enhance the lives of vulnerable children and families in Texas. Candidates must have a minimum of five years' experience in case management and supervisory roles.

The position involves meeting regulatory guidelines, training staff, and developing effective intervention strategies. Commitment to teamwork and continuous professional development is essential for ensuring a safe and supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree from an accredited program/university in social work, psychology, criminal justice, sociology, or a related field of study.
• Preferred licensure in a relevant field.
• At least five (5) years of progressive employment experience with supervisory and case management experience.
• Experience in crisis response and hotline or victim services programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet all federal and state regulatory guidelines applicable to this position.
• Train, monitor, and coach staff for quality assurance.
• Identify trends and develop training with program leadership.
• Monitor staff for engagement with service population.
