Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meet all federal and state regulatory guidelines and standards for the position.
• Maintain a caseload per agency policies and licensing standards.
• Document progress toward risk reduction and service goals.
• Coordinate referrals, planning, and documentation for assigned cases.
• Engage with children, families, and sponsors in casework processes.
• Provide crisis intervention and follow-up support as needed.
• Attend weekly supervision and case staffing in the assigned region.
