Provides face-to-face and telephone crisis intervention and crisis stabilization, diagnostic evaluation and assessment of need for treatment, pre-admission screening for private and state psychiatric hospitalization; provide monitoring of individuals ordered to participate in Mandatory Outpatient Treatment (MOT) including attendance in and follow-up to civil commitment hearings and develops a clinical plan of services for individuals ordered to outpatient treatment and facilitates the individual’s engagement in those services; provide behavioral health consultation.
