You will collaborate with first responders, healthcare providers, and a multidisciplinary team to ensure timely access to appropriate levels of care, while delivering trauma-informed, person-centered care within outpatient services.

Qualifications

• Active LIMHP license in Nebraska; provisional licenses accepted.
• Active LADC license in Nebraska; provisional licenses accepted.
• At least 21 years old.
• Valid driver's license with clean DMV record.

Responsibilities

• Provide crisis intervention and behavioral health assessments.
• Deliver short-term therapy and stabilization.
• Collaborate with community partners, first responders, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Document care plans, coordination of services, and continuity of care.
• Promote trauma-informed, person-centered care in outpatient settings.
