Job summary

CenterPointe is seeking an experienced Youth & Family Therapist to join its multidisciplinary outpatient team in Nebraska. You will provide individual, family, and group therapy to youth, perform thorough assessments, and develop personalized treatment plans within established timelines.

As part of the CCBHC expansion, you will manage an active caseload, respond to crises with appropriate interventions, and collaborate closely with colleagues while maintaining compliance with licensure and

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• Experience working with persons with co-occurring and complex diagnoses.
• 21+ years of age and valid driver's license with acceptable DMV record (last 7 years).
• LMHP/LIMHP and LADC licenses in Nebraska (provisional licenses considered).

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy to youth and adolescents.
• Complete comprehensive assessments, safety plans, and treatment plans within timelines.
• Maintain an active caseload while meeting service/documentation expectations.
• Respond to crisis situations with appropriate clinical intervention.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team and ensure compliance.
