Job summary

CenterPointe in Lincoln, NE is seeking a member of the Crisis Response Team to provide support to individuals in our 24-hour facility for those affected by DUI and other alcohol/drug-related offenses.

You will coordinate with the Lincoln Police Department to admit or triage to appropriate services, oversee health and safety, and connect individuals to mental health, substance use, or primary care resources. You will be an active Crisis Response Team member.

Qualifications

• 2+ years education in Behavioral Health.
• Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology or related field preferred.
• Experience responding to crisis situations.
• Experience working with persons from diverse backgrounds.
• May consider individuals with lived experience and 2+ years in Behavioral Health.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a member of the Crisis Response Team.
• Coordinate with Lincoln Police Department to admit/triage to appropriate services.
• Oversee health and safety of the environment and individuals.
• Offer resources related to mental health, substance use, or primary care services.
• Participate as an active member of the Crisis Response Team.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Social Work / Psychology or related field

2+ years education in Behavioral Health Field
