R3 Continuum in Mississippi is looking for compassionate behavioral health professionals to provide essential on-site crisis support to organizations and employees affected by disruptive events. This role demands an independently licensed professional, preferably bi-lingual in Spanish, with a master's degree in mental health.

You will receive training for critical incidents when necessary, enhancing your skills while supporting your community. Enjoy a flexible schedule and the opportunity for supplemental income through this contract position.

Qualifications

• Licensed professionals must have malpractice insurance coverage of $1,000,000/$3,000,000.
• Willingness to complete R3C's Critical Incident Response training or provide proof of approved training.
• R3 offers training at no cost for those without prior training.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed in the State of Mississippi (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or Psychologist)
• Bi‑Lingual Spanish speaking
• Minimum of a master's degree in mental health
• Malpractice insurance coverage of $1,000,000/$3,000,000
• Willing to complete R3C's Critical Incident Response training or proof of approved CIR training
• If you do not possess a training listed above, R3 is happy to provide you with training at no cost
