Job summary

LifePath Systems seeks a licensed behavioral health clinician to respond to referrals and on-scene calls in partnership with Collin County Mental Health Deputies. The role involves crisis assessment, linkage to services, and collaboration with the person, family, and law enforcement in trauma-informed, culturally competent care.

Responsibilities include crisis triage, outreach, monthly reporting, and completing mandatory trainings.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology or related field.
• Full, unrestricted Texas license as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT; licensed associate/intern considered.
• Minimum 2 years’ crisis assessment/response experience.
• Minimum 3 years’ clinical experience with serious mental illness/substance use.
• Background check with Collin County Sheriff’s Office required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and triage crisis situations in the community.
• Follow person from crisis episode into appropriate care; provide outreach and follow-up.
• Submit monthly reporting following contract requirements.
• Complete required training for Life Path Systems and Collin County Sheriff’s Office annually.
• Support program needs and partnerships with law enforcement.
