Job summary

Meridian Services is seeking a Crisis-Level Direct Support Professional to support individuals across the Twin Cities, including Plymouth, Golden Valley and Champlin, in residential, in-home and community settings.

The role requires at least 2 years of experience with aggressive behaviors and physical interventions; schedules are full-time or part-time with weekday wages at $24 and weekend wages at $27 per hour; staff are cross-trained across programs.

Qualifications

• Must have minimum 2 years of experience with aggressive behaviors, restraints/holds, and other physical interventions.

Responsibilities

• Respond to interfering behaviors and implement physical intervention techniques daily.
• Assist individuals in working toward personal goals and participate in community outings, self-care, and daily activities.
• Provide personal care, medical supports, and daily cares as needed; cross-trained across 1–2 programs.
