Job summary

Sheppard Pratt is seeking a supervisor for the Crisis Residential Program to oversee operations and ensure high-quality, person-centered care. The role requires managing staff, coordinating services, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

The position is in-person, with a Tue–Sat 12:00–20:00 shift. A high school diploma or GED is required, and a related bachelor's degree is preferred. Two years of supervisory experience and MS Office proficiency are expected.

Qualifications

• This job requires a high school diploma or GED; a related bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Minimum two years of positively referenced experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
• Valid driver’s license with 3 points or less and access to insured vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Manage program areas and supervise staff to ensure quality service delivery.
• Monitor day-to-day operations and implement systems for continuous quality improvement.
• Assess and coordinate direct support service needs of clients.
• Participate in hiring, training, and ongoing supervision/evaluation of staff.
• Monitor the program budget and ensure compliance with licensing and accrediting bodies.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients and partner providers.
