Job summary

Qualifications

• Must self-identify as a current or former consumer of behavioral health, substance use, or co-occurring disorder services.
• CPR certification within 60 days of hire.
• Certification in crisis intervention methodology (CPI, MANDT, or CALM) within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide peer support by sharing lived experience and modeling recovery practices.
• Help individuals identify strengths, build resilience, and connect with community resources.
• Support crisis intervention, risk assessments, and follow-up via phone, video, and in-person.
