Job summary

Sarasota Memorial Health Care System in Sarasota, FL seeks a Psychiatric Technician to join the Behavioral Health IP team. You will perform direct nursing tasks, observe and report physical and behavioral symptoms, and assist in implementing therapeutic activities and treatment plans.

You will work with a patient care team, participate in crisis response, and ensure compliance with certification and licensing requirements, including BLS/CPR within 90 days, CNA/EMT licensure, or approved nursing

Qualifications

• Ability to respond rapidly to psychiatric crises.
• Maintain active CNA/EMT licensure or be a nursing student in approved pathway.
