Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Active Maryland licensure as LCSW-C and LCPC.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments and risk assessments.
• Determine levels of care and make disposition recommendations (inpatient/outpatient/community-based).
• Review medical records and collateral information to support clinical decisions.
