Job summary

Helen Ross McNabb Center is seeking a .80 Advanced Practice Registered Nurse to deliver psychiatric care and pharmacotherapy in crisis and residential programs for adolescents. The APRN will work with a multidisciplinary team, provide assessments, and implement treatment plans on-site in Tennessee.

The role requires an active RN license in Tennessee, ANCC PMHNP certification, DEA license, and 500 clinical hours. Schedule is typically Monday–Thursday, 8am–5pm, with travel not routinely required.

Qualifications

• Must have completed a minimum of 500 clinical hours with a preceptor
• Active RN license in Tennessee and ANCC-certified Psychiatric Mental Health APRN
• Board certification as a PMHNP and DEA license must be maintained

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric care and pharmacotherapy in crisis/residential programs for adolescents
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and document in medical records
• Adhere to HRMC protocols and maintain timely, accurate documentation
