Job summary

Radiant Health is seeking a compassionate Peer Support Skills Trainer to work 8pm–8am, three nights per week, in our Rapid Response/Mobile Crisis Unit. You will provide hope, support, and practical coping skills in a community setting, collaborating with therapists and the crisis team.

Applicants should have a CPSP certification or willingness to obtain it, a personal recovery experience, and a valid driver’s license. Benefits include health coverage and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CPSP certification or willingness to obtain certification.
• Personal lived recovery experience with addiction/mental health.
• Valid driver’s license and crisis intervention training preferred.

Responsibilities

Radiant Health is looking for a compassionate, empathetic, and motivated Peer Support Skills Trainers to work 8pm to 8am three days per week with our Rapid Response/Mobile Crisis Unit.As a Peer Support Skills Trainer, you will provide hope, encouragement, and practical support to individuals in crisis. You will deliver immediate, on-site assistance in a community based setting.
