Radiant Health is seeking a compassionate Peer Support Skills Trainer for the Radiant North - Marion, IN site. This role supports clients in crisis, providing on-site assistance, teaching coping skills, and collaborating with therapists as part of a mobile crisis unit.

The position requires a high school diploma, CPSP certification (or willingness to obtain), and lived recovery experience. A valid driver’s license and crisis intervention training are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certified Peer Support Professional (CPSP) certification or willing to obtain certification.
• Must have personal, lived experience in their own recovery from addiction, mental illness, or co-occurring disorders.
• Minimum recovery time of 1-2 years.
• Experience in behavioral health, social work, case management, or related field preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Training in crisis intervention preferred.
