Job summary

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is seeking a Crisis Mobile Specialist CPSS to respond to crisis calls and triage interventions. The role supports transitions to the appropriate level of care and operates under Magellan Idaho and Idaho Department guidelines.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED (Associates preferred), 2+ years in behavioral health, a valid driver's license, a clean 39-month MVR, and C-PRSS certification. Competitive benefits accompany this essential service role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Behavioral Health Field.
• Minimum of six months of recovery from substance use and/or mental health disorders.
• Current ID Driver’s License (valid and in good standing).
• C-PRSS Certification required.

• Respond to crisis calls dispatched by the crisis dispatch provider.
• Triage the immediate crisis situation and recommend the appropriate intervention.
• Help individuals in crisis transition to the appropriate level of care when applicable.

Community Bridges, Inc. Job Summary

The Crisis Mobile Specialist CPSS, is responsible for responding to crisis calls dispatched by the dedicated crisis dispatch provider. The intent of this service is to triage the immediate crisis situation recommend the appropriate intervention and help the individual in crisis transition to the most appropriate level of care, when applicable. Each area below is defined by the specific function as it relates to the policy, process, and the governing rules set forth by Magellan Healthcare of Idaho and Idaho Department of Health and Welfare

Skills/Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED is required. Associates Degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Behavioral Health Field required.
• Minimum of six months of recovery from substance use and/or mental health disorders required. LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS, CREDENTIALS, REGISTRATIONS Current ID Driver’s License (valid and in good standing).
• Clear 39-month Motor Vehicle Record.
• C-PRSS Certification required.
