Job summary

The Tulalip Tribes is seeking a Crisis Clinical Supervisor to deliver mental health crisis screening and intervention for the Tulalip community, ensuring effective collaboration among agencies. The successful candidate will provide clinical supervision and best practice training on suicide prevention.

Must possess a Master's degree in a relevant field and have extensive experience in crisis intervention. This is a contracted position requiring a WA State licensed therapist. Compensation is $41.06/hr, with potential for higher based on experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or related field is required.
• Five years experience working with children and families in crisis.
• Five years experience as a mental health counselor in a clinical practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide crisis screening and intervention for the Tulalip community.
• Coordinate services for clients and families involved with suicide or mental health crises.
• Educate the community on accessing the crisis system.
