Lake County Health Department and Community Health Center in Illinois seeks a Lead Counselor for Crisis Care to support the team and coordinate crisis intervention services via hotline, text, chat, and in-person encounters.
The role involves evaluating clients for level of care, developing and implementing treatment plans, providing individual and group therapy, case management, and ensuring 24-hour coverage, while leading quality improvement efforts and reporting data to DMH.
