Job summary

Axis Health System is seeking a Therapist-Crisis Intervention Specialist to join the Regional Crisis Center in Durango, CO. The role supports a 24-hour care line, conducts assessments, and delivers crisis services to diverse clients in coordination with partners.

The position is full-time with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, retirement, and paid time off. A master's degree and CO licensure eligibility are required, with experience in residential settings

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a recognized mental health profession and CO licensure eligibility or licensure.
• Minimum five years of clinical experience in healthcare or human services; residential experience preferred.
• Colorado licensure as LPC/LMFT/LCSW or PsyD preferred for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Participate as a Crisis Team member to provide crisis services, intervention and assessment.
• Coordinate case management and collaborate with community partners.
• Meet clients in crisis and provide support using various treatment approaches.
• Maintain continuity with existing treatment providers and team members.
