Job summary

The City of Baltimore is seeking a Service Specialist to provide targeted support and evidence-based interventions to youth and adults facing behavioral, emotional, academic, or social challenges. You will assess needs, plan individualized services, respond to crises, develop skills, and collaborate with families, schools, and community partners to improve outcomes and promote stability.

A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience are required, with CPI certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience with at-risk youth, adults or families.
• Experience providing crisis intervention and case management.
• Proficiency with Office suite and databases; flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify needs.
