Center for Community Resources in Ebensburg, PA is seeking a compassionate Crisis Intervention Specialist for a casual, 28-hour/week role in Cambria County. Overnight shifts with a weekend rotation include a $1.50/hr differential and 20 days of PTO per year.

The salary range is $21.54–$25.09/hour, with potential higher pay based on experience. Bachelor’s degree in a human services field and clearances (Act 33/34, FBI) are required.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in mental health required.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance; Act 33/34 and FBI clearances required.

Responsibilities

• Provide crisis intervention and counseling to individuals in Cambria County.
• Respond to crisis calls and coordinate referrals to services.
• Collaborate with a team to connect clients with community resources.
• Maintain confidentiality and complete required compliance clearances.

Crisis Intervention services include telephone, crisis counseling, conflict resolution, referral and linking to community resources.
