Job summary

The Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services seeks RNs to join OCCIC teams delivering care to high‑risk individuals in a trauma‑informed, recovery‑oriented setting. You will perform nursing assessments, planning and interventions, and administer medications per compliant protocols.

Positions include four 10‑hour shifts with varied days; a competitive salary around $70,000–$76,500 plus holidays, shift differential, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Nursing and possession of a valid permanent Oklahoma license as a registered nurse as approved by the Oklahoma Board of Nursing and one year of professional nursing experience; OR Associate in Nursing and two years of professional nursing experience; OR Associate in Nursing and three years of LPN experience in psychiatric nursing.
• Bachelor’s in Nursing and possession of a valid permanent Oklahoma license as a registered nurse as approved by the Oklahoma Board of Nursing or RN License recognized by the eNLC OR Associate in Nursing and one year of professional nursing experience OR Associate in Nursing and two years of LPN experience in psychiatric nursing.
• Associate in nursing and possession of a valid permanent Oklahoma license as a registered nurse as approved by the Oklahoma Board of Nursing or Registered Nurse License recognized by the eNLC

Responsibilities

• Provide direct or indirect professional nursing services for crisis services.
• Perform nursing assessments, planning, interventions, evaluations, and education.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by authorized personnel.
• Engage in case management and execution of medical regimes as required.
