Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field and one year of relevant experience.
• Valid driver’s license required if driving responsibilities are involved.
• Preferred: Master’s degree in Social Work or Human Services; bilingual.

Responsibilities

• Provide crisis intervention and counseling to children and youth affected by domestic violence.
• Provide 24-hour emergency crisis response and advocacy for victims.
• Offer case management and connect clients with community resources and referrals.
• Provide supportive individual and group counseling to child witnesses of domestic violence.
• Represent the program through outreach and collaboration with schools, police, and legal agencies.
• Maintain confidentiality and properly document case records and data.
