Job summary

Pacific Clinics is seeking a licensed clinician to provide comprehensive assessments and treatment planning for youth and adults in the community. With limited supervision, you will coordinate evidence-based interventions and ensure documentation meets regulatory standards.

The role emphasizes family involvement, safety planning, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. Schedule is Mon-Fri (1pm-9pm, Wed 11:30am-7:30pm) at our Los Gatos location.

Qualifications

• MSW or related field with two years of supervised clinical experience with children or adults.
• Licensed according to California state law or become licensed within program timeframe.
• Registration with the BBS or BOP required. Willingness to pass PATS and crisis intervention certification within 30 days and annually.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally relevant assessments and evaluations for youth, adults, and families.
• Develop and implement individualized, measurable treatment plans.
• Provide clinical leadership and relay behavioral data to the team.
• Record and document clinical information accurately, ensuring accountability.
• Coordinate integration of Functional Behavior Analysis into service plans with families and referrals.
• Support development and refinement of safety plans and risk management.
• Monitor effectiveness and maintain revenue and productivity standards.
• Organize paperwork and information management to meet timelines.
