Providence Crisis Stabilization Center in Anchorage, AK is hiring a part-time Intake Assessment Representative (0.6 FTE, Day Shift, 24 hours per week). You will coordinate screening and evaluation to determine appropriateness for assessment screenings and psychiatric interviews and connect patients to treatment resources as needed.

Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Public Health, or a related behavioral health field and experience in assessment or

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Public Health, or related Behavioral Health discipline.
• Assessment and/or crisis intervention experience.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate screening and evaluation for appropriateness for assessment screenings and/or psychiatric diagnostic interviews.
• Provide information to other appropriate sources of treatment if unable to assist.
• Ensure provision of accessible, high quality behavioral health services.
