Providence Crisis Stabilization Center in Anchorage, AK is hiring for an Intake Assessment Representative on a part-time basis (0.6 FTE), Day Shift, 24 hours per week. The role coordinates screening and evaluation for eligibility, guiding patients to appropriate services and ensuring high-quality behavioral health care.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Public Health, or related Behavioral Health discipline and experience in assessment or crisis intervention.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate screening and evaluation of patients for appropriateness of assessment screenings and/or psychiatric diagnostic interviews.
• Provide information to other appropriate sources of treatment if unable to assist.
• Ensure provision of accessible, high-quality, cost-effective behavioral health services meeting patient needs.
