Center for Family Services is seeking a Mid-Shift Manager for the Crisis Diversion Home in Warren County, NJ. This full-time role involves supervising shift activities, coordinating admissions, and ensuring a safe, supportive environment for adults recovering from a mental health crisis.

Qualifications

• BA degree in social work or allied field (preferred)
• At least two years experience working with individuals in behavioral health
• Experience with MI/DD population preferred
• Current driver’s license with a good driving record of at least three years

Responsibilities

• Plans and implements occupational, recreational, social and other developmental plans for each individual in the Crisis Diversion Home.
• Assists with admission process on new client admissions and orientation procedures.
• Ensures internal and external facilities are maintained to present CFS as a good neighbor and welcomed community member.
• Direct supervision of shift activities and team approach to shifts.
• Assists in supervision of clients focusing on safety and well-being.
• Provides training for new Residential Counselors and Behavioral Health Technicians.
• Completes paperwork neatly and on time; completes incident reports per policy.
• Communicates with staff to promote quality client care.
• Observes and reports safety or maintenance issues.
• Participates in staff trainings and supervision.
• Ensures correct administration and documentation of over-the-counter medications
