Job summary

Kids for the Future in Shelby, NC seeks a Crisis Clinician to provide community/facility based crisis services, including screening, admission processing, and discharge planning for MH/DD/SA patients.

This role requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s in a human services field with two years of MH/SA experience, the ability to respond 24/7, and proficiency with Medicaid/ALPHA Value Options systems. Base pay is $22.60–$31.25 per hour.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in human services and two years of MH/SA experience.
• Must meet NC Division of MH/DD/SA requirements for Qualified Professional.
• Experience with crisis assessment and documentation in behavioral health.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 crisis services and 24/7/365 inpatient care coordination.
• Screen, evaluate, admit, and discharge planning for crisis responses.
• Complete required documentation and service notes in systems.
