Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in communication, including 3+ years focused on problem communication.
• Experience providing communications advice to senior management and organizations.
• Experience presenting research and ideas to multiple audiences, including CXO level.
• Experience liaising with an account executive and acting as a key consultant in customer communications.
• Strong ability to set and manage expectations among stakeholders and team members.
• Independent, hard‑working, creative, team‑player with experience in fast‑paced, constantly changing environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Ability to speak and write Spanish fluently.

Responsibilities

• Lead the crisis communications team, providing guidance to senior management and organizations.
• Develop and deliver written and verbal communications to technical and non‑technical audiences, up to CXO level.
• Integrate communications services with Mandiant’s incident response team.
• Prioritize, execute, and manage multiple projects with minimal notice.
• Provide clear, timely communication to stakeholders and help stabilize public perception during incidents.
