Compass Health Network in Rolla, Missouri is seeking a Crisis Clinician (Internal Title: Triage Clinician Lead) to assess individuals in crisis, provide comprehensive evaluations, and guide the flow of services within our Behavioral Health Crisis Center.

This role emphasizes leadership, mentoring team members, and collaboration with community partners to ensure timely, person-centered care that aims to prevent unnecessary hospitalization.

Schedule: Saturday and Sunday 7:00am - 7:30pm.

As a Crisis Clinician (Internal Title: Triage Clinician Lead) at our Behavioral Health Crisis Center (BHCC), you’ll be the primary point of assessment for individuals experiencing behavioral health or substance use crises. In this role, you’ll not only provide comprehensive clinical evaluations, but also guide the flow of services, oversee non‑clinical team members, and collaborate with community partners to ensure every person receives timely, person‑centered care.
