Job summary

Compass Health Network is seeking a Crisis Clinician to lead assessments and coordinate care for individuals in crisis at our Behavioral Health Crisis Center. The role includes clinical evaluations, guiding service flow, and mentoring non-clinical team members in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule: 3p–11:30p; you will collaborate with community partners and other professionals to deliver timely, person-centered care that aims to reduce hospitalizations and law-enforcement involvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in crisis care or behavioral health settings is preferred.
• Leadership or mentorship experience in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Strong collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams and community partners.

As a Crisis Clinician (Internal Title: Triage Clinician Lead) at our Behavioral Health Crisis Center (BHCC), you’ll be the primary point of assessment for individuals experiencing behavioral health or substance use crises. In this role, you’ll not only provide comprehensive clinical evaluations, but also guide the flow of services, oversee non-clinical team members, and collaborate with community partners to ensure every person receives timely, person-centered care.
