Job summary

Brightli is seeking licensed mental health professionals to provide comprehensive counseling and therapy services, including individual, group, and family sessions. The role requires completing assessments, diagnosing, and developing individualized treatment plans while adhering to regulatory standards.

Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related field and be licensed (LPC/LCSW/LMFT).

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling or related field.
• Licensed professional in state of practice (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) preferred.
• Willingness to provide telehealth services.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, family counseling to meet client goals.
• Complete intake, assessments, and document diagnoses and treatment plans.
• Develop treatment plans aligned with regulatory standards.
• Participate in clinical meetings and CSF goals, coordinate with departments.
• Deliver services and documentation within required timeframes.
