Position Summary
Sign on bonus available:$3,000 for non-licensed$4,000 for 1 st or 2 nd level license
In this role, you will be dedicated to providing post-crisis stabilization and facilitating connections to ongoing care tailored to each client’s needs. Responsibilities include conducting formal assessments, identifying treatment requirements, and developing comprehensive safety plans in collaboration with clients and their families. The role also involved working closely with other programs, such as Mobile Crisis Response (MCR) to ensure clients receive the necessary support and resources.
