Job summary

Three Rivers Behavioral Health, a 136-bed behavioral health facility, seeks a Mental Health Technician to work with the clinical treatment team and support patient care across inpatient and crisis programs. The role includes assisting with the patient daily schedule, maintaining safe routines, and engaging patients therapeutically.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or related field preferred.
• Two (2) years of experience in healthcare or behavioral health related field in lieu of Associates or Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintaining patient program schedule as planned by the Treatment Team and support nursing staff.
• Interact with patients in a therapeutic manner and help maintain appropriate boundaries.
• Assist other staff to ensure safety and engagement across units and activities.
