Job summary

RI International in Durham, NC is seeking a Registered Nurse to oversee medical, psychiatric and nursing care for individuals served. The RN will act as clinical liaison until enrollment in services at another facility.

This full-time, non-exempt role requires an accredited RN program grad and state license. The position includes a $12,000 retention bonus and a $36.00–$39.00/hour salary, plus comprehensive benefits and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing as a Registered Nurse.
• Valid and current state RN license (Compact licensure preferred).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a behavioral health setting.

Responsibilities

• Guest Care & Advocacy: coordinates services with health, mental health and social services.
• Conducts assessments and treatment plans.
• Provides individual and family counseling.
• Administers medication as required by protocol.
• Maintains clinical documentation and HIPAA compliance.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to improve outcomes.
