Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Kentucky driver's license.
• Proof of insurance.
• Acceptable yearly background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Supervise residents to ensure safety and security at all times.
• Document resident daily activities in the EMR.
• Conduct admission screens and take phone referrals.
• Assist with meals, activities, and general cleanliness.
• Supervise medication administration as needed and requested.
• Conduct urine drug screens and complete lab requests as needed.
