New Mexico Solutions is seeking a Crisis Care Manager in Santa Fe to support individuals in behavioral health crises through care coordination, service planning, and connection to community resources. The role offers Full-Time and Part-Time evening options, with shifts listed as 12 p.m.–8 p.m. or 10 a.m.–8 p.m.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with target population as determined by hiring manager.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Participate as an active treatment team member providing crisis services and care coordination.
• Assess risk and de-escalate crises, developing safety and aftercare plans.
• Coordinate with community resources and document services within required timeframes.
• Provide supervision support to junior staff and assist in coordinating coverage.
• Engage in outreach, follow-up, and culturally competent service delivery.
