Southside Behavioral Health is hiring a Crisis Care Case Manager to join the Crisis Response Team. The role supports crisis relief within SBH’s catchment area, working on alternating 12-hour shifts including overnights, and requires QMHP licensure or eligibility.
Responsibilities include crisis response, risk assessments, and providing interventions in clinics and community settings. Qualified candidates pursue certification as an Emergency Services Prescreener within 6 months.

SBH is seeking a qualified Crisis Care Case Manager who is a member of the Crisis Response Team which responds to mental health crises in SBH clinics or in the community. The Crisis Care Case Manager is responsible for Case Management functions to support crisis relief for individuals within SBH’s catchment area. This position will typically work an alternating schedule for 12 hour shifts (Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday; 8:00 pm to 8:00 am; Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday).
