Qualifications

• 1 year of behavioral health experience.
• Experience using Electronic Health Records (EHR) and proficiency with basic computer applications preferred.
• Ability to obtain a Food Handlers Card for Virginia.

• Conduct vital signs assessments and assist with daily needs.
• Document services and interactions in Electronic Health Record (EHR).
